The Chicago-based Lettuce Entertain You restaurant offers healthy meets delicious. Construction seemingly began on Beatrix but we had not seen much. Beatrix is a neighborhood coffeehouse, meeting place and restaurant. The project has now been canceled and Disney is reportedly developing new plans for the empty site. In August 2019, it was announced that Beatrix Health Foods was to replace Bongos at Disney Springs. The glass walls open street-side to the patio for an indoor/outdoor feel, weather permitting.
